Step-by-step guide

  1. Windows

    Windows 10 and 11. Downloads AnyDesk.exe, which runs straight away without installing.

  2. macOS

    Downloads anydesk.dmg. You may need to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings.

  3. Linux

    Opens AnyDesk’s Linux page, with .deb, .rpm and other packages for popular distributions.

  4. Android

    Phones and tablets. Install from Google Play, then allow the permissions it asks for.

  5. iPhone & iPad

    Install from the App Store. Your engineer can view your screen but cannot control an iPhone or iPad.
